Information you choose to send
The offer form saves the contact, vehicle, ownership, pickup-access and campaign-attribution details you submit. Vehicle photographs are stored separately from the lead record. The initial review requires a ZIP code, not an exact street address. Do not send a VIN, license plate, title image, identification or other sensitive information that is not needed to evaluate the vehicle.
How quote information is used
Submitted information is used to review the vehicle, respond to the request, plan an accepted pickup, prevent abusive submissions and maintain transaction-related records. The private lead dashboard is restricted to the authorized business account.
Vehicle photographs and public stories
Quote photographs are private by default. A vehicle photo or anonymized pickup story is published only after a business administrator records that the seller authorized public use. Selected JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC and HEIF photos are decoded, resized when needed and re-encoded as JPEG before submission. That process removes embedded location and camera metadata. A photo that cannot be processed is not submitted.
Optional website analytics
Google Analytics is configured with advertising features disabled. Before analytics consent, Google may receive limited consent-denied measurement signals from the canonical public website without analytics cookies. Accepting analytics enables fuller measurement of general page views, device category, approximate region, referral source and interactions with call, text and offer buttons. Rejecting analytics keeps analytics storage denied. A click on a telephone link is measured as a click—not as proof that a call was completed.
Information excluded from analytics
Customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, VINs, license plates, exact street addresses, uploaded vehicle photographs, ownership details and free-form customer notes are not intentionally sent to analytics or advertising platforms.
Campaign attribution
Non-personal campaign labels such as source, medium and campaign name may be retained temporarily in the browser to help identify which marketing brought a visitor to the website.
Your choices
When optional analytics are active, visitors can accept or reject them. Browser controls can also limit cookies or stored website data. Essential website functions such as calling, texting and reading service information remain available after rejecting analytics.
Storage, access and retention
Quote records are stored in a restricted database and photos in private object storage. Only the specifically authorized business account and hosting/storage providers acting for the business can access them. Unqualified requests are normally deleted after 12 months. Completed customer records are normally kept for the business relationship plus three years. Rejected or abandoned uploads and abuse-prevention records are deleted within 90 days. Published story records are kept for the publication period plus one year unless permission is withdrawn earlier or a legal hold applies. Analytics retention is limited to 14 months.
