What the written offer confirms

Before pickup, review the written offer for each of these transaction details:

• The vehicle year, make, model and identifying details used for the evaluation.
• The proposed purchase amount and any stated payment terms.
• The confirmed payment method, amount and timing.
• Any pickup cost or adjustment and the location covered by the terms.
• The condition, completeness, keys, wheels and access facts the offer assumes.
• The ownership documents and seller identification required before transfer.
• Scheduling or availability conditions that still must be confirmed.

If the vehicle, documents, condition or pickup access changes, tell us before the truck is dispatched so the terms can be reviewed again.

Pickup scheduling

Pickup timing is confirmed case by case based on ownership, location, safe access, suitable equipment and the current schedule. A request is not a pickup appointment.

Before the truck arrives

Remove personal property, retrieve parking passes and toll tags, locate the keys, and make sure the vehicle is accessible. Do not remove parts or alter the condition after receiving an offer without telling us.
